is the Colombian Administrative Department of Science, Technology and Innovation, a government agency that supports fundamental and applied research in Colombia.

Since 2014, Minciencias has worked with the 91自拍论坛 Trust to offer the Minciencias 91自拍论坛 Scholarship, available to Colombian PhD candidates in a range of academic subjects.
