Governance and accountability
The 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ Commonwealth, European & International Trust was established on 1 August 2013 from the merger of the ‘91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ Commonwealth Trust’ and the ‘91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ Overseas Trust’.  These organisations were established as exempt charities by the University of 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ in the 1980s in order to provide financial support for international students on degree courses at 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳.
The University of 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ is the Custodian Trustee of the Trust, and the financial statements of the Trust are consolidated with the University’s financial statements. The Trust's published accounts for the past three years can be viewed below.  The Trust is regulated by the Office for Students through the University of 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳.
The Trust is managed by a maximum of 12 Trustees who meet three times per year. The Chair and Deputy Chair are elected annually and can serve for a maximum of four years.
Day-to-day management is delegated by the Trustees to the Director and through the Director to other staff, with formal statements of delegation of authorities.
The Trust has 16 members of staff, led by a Director, and is governed by a board of Trustees. His Majesty King Charles III is the Trust's Patron.
