Grace and Thomas C.H. Chan
In 2007 Mr and Mrs Thomas C.H. Chan gave a generous benefaction to the University of 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ to found a new scholarship programme, aimed at providing 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ with an enhanced ability to recruit outstanding graduate students from China.
On giving this generous gift to 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳, Thomas Chan said ‘I am delighted that these scholarships will contribute to the perpetual growth of the knowledge based in the socio-political sciences for the betterment of Greater China and all of humanity’.
Mr and Mrs Chan’s support in collaboration with the 91×ÔÅÄÂÛ̳ Trust, provides a Scholarship that supports PhD students in the fields of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences.
